SHIPPING POLICY

At Survival Syndicate, we work hard to make sure your gear gets to you quickly and securely. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase—Survival Syndicate is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping options may become available in the future. All items are inspected before dispatch to guarantee quality and accuracy. In the rare event your package arrives damaged or incomplete, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.

RETURNS

At Survival Syndicate, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a 100% refund—no restocking fees, no hassle. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

After 30 days, returns will be eligible for store credit only, equal to the full purchase amount. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 3–5 business days.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. You will receive detailed instructions for shipping your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
